Accountability Objective
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? Our Health Care Attendants are critical to our communities by supporting people in doing the things that matter most to them while providing a comfortable, safe and nurturing environment. Under the direction of the Health & Wellness Manager, the Health Care Attendants position is focused on enriching residents lives by ensuring they can make their own choices and lead full lives as independently as they can. Delivers care based upon individual care plans, policies and procedures, and established standards of care and duties as instructed by the Health and Wellness Manager, or LPN / RN in absence of the Health and Wellness Manager.
Background / Qualifications
Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet resident care needs, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
