Position Overview

For HCAs

Support daily activities, ensure comfort and safety, and work closely with our nursing team.

For LPNs

Provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, and coordinate care plans.

For RNs

Lead nursing assessments, oversee care delivery, and collaborate with the team to ensure quality care.

Qualifications per Role

• HCAs: Completion of recognized HCA program, registration with BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry, passion for elder care, strong interpersonal skills.
• LPNs: Current BC College of Nurses and Midwives registration, graduation from recognized program, experience preferred, clinical skills.
• RNs: BC RN registration, bachelor’s degree, geriatric care experience preferred, leadership skills.

Compensation

• Wages: RN & RPN $41.42-$59.52, LPN $32.84, HCA $29.83
