Home Instead - Richmond is currently hiring Part-Time Health Care Assistants (HCA) to provide compassionate, personalized care to seniors in their homes. This position is perfect for HCAs who are looking for short 2-hour shifts, 2-3 times a week, and want to make a real difference while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with mobility, transfers, and walking

Monitor client health and report any concerns

Requirements:

Valid Health Care Assistant certification

Registered with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry

Valid CPR and First Aid certification

Clear criminal record check

Reliable transportation (Class 5 license and vehicle preferred)

Experience with seniors and/or dementia care is an asset

Warm, dependable, and professional demeanour
