CBI Home Health is hosting a Hiring Event for Health Care Aides (HCA) seeking to start or advance their careers. Join us on May 28 to learn about available positions and how you can become part of our dynamic team.

Requirements

• Health Care Aide Certificate or Equivalent
• Valid Health Care Aide Directory Number
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (last 6 months)
• Proof of negative TB test
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Availability to work every other weekend
• Strong verbal and written English skills; additional languages are an asset
• Reliability and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (16 kg)

Your Role

You will support clients to be safe and independent, providing personal care, assisting with mobility, and performing light housekeeping as per care plans. Always prioritize client and family needs, observe, document, and report any changes in condition.
