Job Overview

SAIGE Homecare is an established home care agency serving the Calgary community for over 10 years. We focus on Nurse Managed Client Centered Care and uphold a high level of professionalism.

Role and Responsibilities
  1. Provide personalized care according to the client’s care plan.
  2. Communicate effectively with clients, office staff, and Nurse Managers.
  3. Collaborate with clients, families, and the Saige team to improve quality of life.
  4. Build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  5. Monitor and report health changes to Nurse Managers.
  6. Document care activities via mobile app.
  7. Support clients with personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, household management, and companionship under guidance.
Minimum Requirements
  • Health Care Aide Certification or equivalent.
  • Registration on the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory.
  • Valid HCP/BLS CPR Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Vulnerable Sector Police Check within last 6 months or willingness to obtain.
  • Driver’s license and willingness to drive to client locations.
