Job description

We are seeking two dedicated Health Care Aides to support our team in a guaranteed‑hours role. This is a permanent full‑time position with a guaranteed 80 hours bi‑weekly. The role requires flexibility to travel throughout Calgary and the surrounding areas to support client care needs. The successful candidate must be willing to work within a rotating schedule based on client and operational requirements which may include alternating weekends.

Education

Education: Health Care Aide or Personal Support Worker diploma, certificate, or equivalent (evidence required)

Attributes
  • Excellent communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English
  • French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle are required
Required Documentation for Successful Candidates
  • Confirmation of active status with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA)
  • 2 supervisory references
  • A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening
  • Proof of being negative for TB
