**The Opportunity:**
As a Health Care Aide, you will work as a member of the care team, collaborating on the delivery of resident care. Under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will apply your knowledge and skills to provide a wide variety of safe and thorough basic care and services to residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide resident-focused care within your full scope of practice.
  • Observe residents for any changes in their condition and share observations for care planning.
  • Assist residents with mobility and participate in community functions.
  • Report any unsafe activities that could cause harm or injury to residents.

**Qualifications:**

  • Completion of a recognized Health Care Aide certificate course and registration in the Health Care Aide Directory.
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Strong planning, follow-up, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a demanding environment.
  • Demonstrates AgeCare values and an empathetic attitude in working with others.
