Job summary

Job Bank in Canada is seeking a nursing aide for a permanent, full-time position at a nursing home or home for the aged. The wage is 20.32 CAD per hour for a 37.5-hour work week.

Work is on-site at the facility. Duties include taking vital signs, assisting with meals, bathing and turning patients, transporting them, and maintaining patient rooms. A college diploma (3 months to <1 year) is required.

Qualifications

• College/CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma 3 months to <1 year is required.
• Duties involve direct patient care in a nursing home setting.
• This role requires on-site work at the facility.

Responsibilities
