Job summary

Adpearl inc in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL is hiring a caregiver for full-time, permanent work at a nursing home. You will assist with patient care, comfort, and daily tasks. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities.
• Perform duties related to patient care and comfort.
• Assist with personal care tasks for patients.
• Take patients' blood pressure, temperature and pulse.
• Serve meal trays and feed patients.
• Weight, lift, and reposition patients as needed.
• Make beds and maintain patient rooms.
• Bathe, dress and groom patients.
• Transport patients between care facilities, including wheelchair or stretcher.
• Respond to call signals to determine patient needs.
• Administer first aid in emergencies.
