Chinook Mall Medical Clinic in Calgary, AB is seeking a Health care aide to join our team on permanent and part-time leading to full-time basis. The role requires flexible hours and varied shifts to support patient care.

Responsibilities include assisting with nutrition, hygiene, bed making, mobility support, accompanying patients on activities, and maintaining clean patient rooms. The ideal candidate will have English fluency, relevant certifications, and strong interpersonal skills.

• The candidate will be responsible for accompanying patients to outdoor recreational activities.
• The candidate will be responsible for supplying and emptying bed pans.
• The candidate must serve meal trays and feed patients.
• The candidate will be responsible for making beds and maintaining patient rooms.
• The candidate will be responsible for bathing, dressing, and grooming patients.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
• Candidate having experience is an asset.
• The candidate must have Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, and Health Care Aide Certificate.
• The candidate must be able to handle weight up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
