Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting customers, assisting with products/services, locating merchandise and resolving issues
• Coordinate task completion from store leaders; delegate and follow up on daily availability tasks
• Assess department presentation and merchandising; implement changes
• Communicate with associates; lead daily team huddle and track productivity
• Review schedules with People Lead
• Assign associates to support coverage and availability across store areas
• Coach and train associates; provide feedback and development opportunities
• Maintain safe, clean environment; adhere to policy and safety procedures
