Job Description:
-Help create and update STPs for operators and sanitation workers in line with health and safety standards.
-Assist in conducting risk assessments to identify hazards and suggest mitigation strategies.
-Work closely with operations and sanitation teams to ensure STPs are practical, effective, and consistently followed.
-Support in organizing and facilitating training sessions for various stakeholders, including operators, sanitation & maintenance teams, and other employees.
-Ensure that all training programs align with current health and safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
-Help track training completion and identify any gaps in knowledge or skills.
-Address CAPA Items (Plant and Hatchery)
-Assist in identifying and implementing corrective and preventive actions in both plant and hatchery operations.
-Follow up on outstanding CAPA items to ensure closure and track progress.
-Ensure that CAPA items align with company health and safety goals, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
-Provide support in addressing action items from Nimonik audits for both plant and hatchery facilities.
-Collaborate with various departments to ensure all audit findings are addressed, and any non-compliance issues are resolved in a timely manner.
-Track audit action item progress and assist in preparing for future audits.
-Develop and Implement Standard Task Procedures (STP) for Operators and Sanitation.
Note: This is a Co-op program with a start date of June 23, 2025 and end date of September 8, 2025. All Applicants must be enrolled into an accredited institution.
