You will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance within a company that values safety and wellbeing across its workforce of over 3,000 employees.

Working closely with production teams, you will ensure all tools and machinery are safe and fully functional, while also coordinating with external HSE agencies for inspections. This role offers the autonomy to manage and develop HSE policies and procedures, ensuring they are effectively communicated throughout the organisation.
Key responsibilities include advising on all internal health, safety, and environmental matters, managing work-related injuries and accidents, conducting internal health and safety inspections, delivering necessary training, and maintaining HSE certifications as required by the municipality.

You will also be responsible for reporting key HSE metrics to support the KPI process and implementing corrective actions for any violations or incidents.
To be considered for this role, you should have a degree in Engineering or a Science discipline, along with a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in an HSE management role within manufacturing, production, or construction is essential. You must demonstrate the ability to manage comprehensive health and safety policies, with strong communication skills to effectively share HSE information across the organisation.
