Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Health and Safety Manager to champion and advance our safety culture across all RCS project sites. This leadership role is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of RCS’s occupational health and safety programs. The Health and Safety Lead will work closely with project teams, field staff, and leadership to ensure the highest safety standards are met and exceeded, while fostering a proactive safety-first mindset throughout the organization.
