Job Title : Health and Safety Coordinator.

Location : 340 Regional Road 20, Hannon, ON.

Schedule : Flexible.

Compensation : $22-25.

About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will support our HR department with a strong emphasis on health and safety initiatives, including site visits, training, and risk assessments. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about promoting a safe and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct regular health and safety inspections at various job sites.
• Assist in health and safety training for staff.
• Support the completion of pre-job risk assessments.
• Perform and assist with daily vehicle / equipment circle check inspections.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Keep documentation and records up to date (site visits, incidents, inspections).
• Provide general HR support as needed.

Qualifications :

• G Class Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract (must be able to travel to job sites).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a health and safety or HR-related role.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
