The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for the operations of the branch and will ensure compliance of all branch related activities and functions in line with organizational protocols and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving complex customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring the smooth delivery of JNMS Canada services.
  • Process transactions accurately on behalf of customers.
  • Cross sell products of JNMS Canada.
  • Assist and support branch and regional marketing initiatives.
  • Perform administrative duties to include preparation of branch reports, OTC reports and daily lodgments.
  • Control and manage assigned cash by following established security procedures and ensuring that the assigned cash till is balanced daily and any differences located/reported within established deadlines.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in all JNMS Canada transactions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Eligible to live and work in Canada.
  • High school diploma, AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred).
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize duties.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and make sound judgments.
  • Basic computer skills.
