This is a rare opportunity for a senior Lagree trainer to take on a leadership role, directly shaping the teaching standards, training culture, and instructional quality of a growing fitness brand.

Who We Are

LAGREE Plus is Toronto’s first boutique Lagree studio-and-café concept : an elevated, community-driven space for individuals to challenge themselves and connect with like-minded people who value wellness, movement, and mindful living. We celebrate diversity, authenticity, and strive to create a space where everyone feels seen and supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach a minimum of 20 Lagree classes per week across two or more studios locations
  • Lead training, mentoring, and the development of all instructors
  • Program routines and class formats for new and developing instructors
  • Ensure quality & consistency in classes by conducting regular class audits, technical evaluations, and quarterly performance reviews
  • Maintain studio-wide teaching standards & safety protocols
  • Manage workforce planning, scheduling, hiring, mock classes, and onboarding / offboarding
  • Host Lagree L1 / L2 certification programs onsite (if you are a Lagree Master Trainer). You set your fee; LAGREE plus will manage pricing and logistics
  • Participate in brand content creation and studio shoots as needed, including social, promotional, and instructional media
  • Collaborate on new-studio launches & business growth projects

Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

  • Must have Lagree Level 1 & 2 certifications (Lagree Master Trainer certification is a plus!)
  • 5+ years of high-level experience teaching Lagree
  • A natural leader, educator, and coach with a passion for developing talent
  • Committed to upholding and evolving the Lagree method to the highest standard
  • Have entrepreneurial energy and thrive on the autonomy to design systems from scratch
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple trainers and schedules
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and on-camera)
  • Genuinely enjoy connecting with the community and creating a welcoming, inclusive environment

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay at $200,000 - $270,000 CAD per year with performance bonus. Experience and certifications will be taken into consideration
