About the Role
Reporting to our Chief Financial Officer, the Head of Strategic Finance and Partnering will be responsible for the financial drive, challenge, and decision-making on all strategic initiatives across the Newcastle Building Society Group.
This role involves managing a small team of Strategic Finance Partners supporting executive stakeholders and managing directors across the Group. The successful candidate will help define and model strategic outcomes using internal and external insights and will play a key role in long-term strategy setting.
About You
We seek a highly experienced financial leader with sector knowledge, economic understanding, and industry dynamics. You should be skilled at simplifying complex information and presenting compelling stories to executive and board levels. You must be a fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with significant partnering experience and readiness for senior leadership.
