Job summary

BMO group is seeking a Senior Wealth Planning Leader to direct advanced planning for HNW and UHNW clients across North America, guiding a team of specialists in tax, estate and trust, business advisory and philanthropy. You will drive strategy and leverage internal resources to deliver sophisticated wealth planning solutions.

You will partner with lead relationship managers and cross-LOB teams to ensure access to tools, resources and systems, while maintaining risk governance and ensuring

Qualifications

• MBA is an asset for this role.
• CFP designation highly desirable and frequently referenced.
• Post-secondary education in business or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead a specialized wealth planning team serving HNW/UHNW clients.
• Develop and execute strategy for advanced planning services.
• Collaborate with relationship managers and other LOBs across North America.
• Recruit, develop and mentor planning professionals for succession planning.
• Ensure risk controls, regulatory compliance and quality of advice.
