The SFT (Separation & Flow Technologies) Division specializes in advanced separation and centrifuge solutions, delivering innovative products and services that enhance productivity and sustainability for our customers.
We are seeking a Head of Sales & Services to lead our Canadian operations, drive commercial performance, and ensure world-class customer service.
Responsibilities / Tasks
- Strategic Planning & Goal Setting
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives, define long-term targets, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs). - Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and service teams, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure both individual and team success. - Sales Operations Management
Oversee departments and regional directors, manage budgets, and allocate resources to achieve objectives. - Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence
Identify opportunities through research and market analysis, adjust strategies based on trends and performance metrics. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to drive overall growth. - Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. - Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Analyze sales KPIs, prepare reports for executive leadership, and adjust strategies as needed. - Talent Development
Identify and coach key talent to support growth and retention. - Sales Process Optimization
Continuously improve sales methods and tools to maximize efficiency and results. - Business Development
Represent GEA at industry events and develop strategies to enter new markets. - Compliance
Ensure all activities are carried out in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (MBA an asset).
- Proven experience in sales, operations, and team leadership with measurable revenue growth results.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in separation/centrifuge equipment is an asset.
- Bilingualism (French/English) strongly preferred.
