The SFT (Separation & Flow Technologies) Division specializes in advanced separation and centrifuge solutions delivering innovative products and services that enhance productivity and sustainability for our customers.
We are seeking a Head of Sales & Services to lead our Canadian operations drive commercial performance and ensure world-class customer service.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Goal Setting: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives, define long-term targets and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor and develop the sales and service teams, foster a high-performance culture and ensure both individual and team success.
- Sales Operations Management: Oversee departments and regional directors, manage budgets and allocate resources to achieve objectives.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Identify opportunities through research and market analysis, adjust strategies based on trends and performance metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development and other departments to drive overall growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze sales KPIs, prepare reports for executive leadership and adjust strategies as needed.
- Talent Development: Identify and coach key talent to support growth and retention.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously improve sales methods and tools to maximize efficiency and results.
- Business Development: Represent GEA at industry events and develop strategies to enter new markets.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities are carried out in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related field (MBA an asset).
- Proven experience in sales operations and team leadership with measurable revenue growth results.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in separation / centrifuge equipment is an asset.
- Bilingualism (French / English) strongly preferred.
