Role overview :
The Head of S&OP is accountable for overseeing the end-to-end Sales and Operations Planning function, including Demand Planning and Supply Planning. The role ensures exceptional customer service levels are delivered safely and efficiently, optimizing cost and asset utilization in both the short and long term. Additionally, this position plays a key role in continuous improvement, championing best practices within the team and in partnership with Group Centres of Excellence.
