The Position
PTQ ensures we deliver high-quality products to patients, maintains our right to operate, and helps us create value through process excellence and continual improvement efforts. Quality is a competitive advantage for Roche.
The Head of Quality Process Management will be accountable for the strategic design, maintenance, and ongoing compliance of Quality-owned processes such as APQR, Complaints, Deviations, and CAPAs. It supports translating requirements into operational processes and designing metrics for performance control. The role involves driving efficiencies and automation, harmonizing and simplifying processes, and enhancing data collection for better insights. This position is a key pillar for PTQ to promote proactive compliance and effectiveness.
Lead a global team of approximately 40 professionals, including SMEs and technical experts supporting quality processes and deliverables.
