  • Lead audits and inspections conducted by regulatory agencies or customers, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Maintain expertise in regulatory updates and integrate changes into quality systems as necessary.
  • Team Leadership and Development
  • Lead and mentor the quality team, including QA managers, lab staff, and quality technicians.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide strategic direction and hands-on support to the team to address complex quality challenges.
  • Operational Quality Assurance

  • Ensure plant-floor adherence to quality protocols and drive improvements in production processes to reduce defects.
  • Monitor sanitation, hygiene, and pest control programs to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Health & Safety Leadership
  • Serve as an advisor on health and safety matters, collaborating with the Joint Health & Safety Committee.
  • Ensure alignment of quality initiatives with workplace safety requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings while maintaining or enhancing product quality.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, leveraging lean manufacturing principles where applicable.
