Job description

Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank's Property & Corporate Services ("PCS") team manages corporate services, office maintenance, safety, and security in Canada. The team coordinates real estate projects such as space acquisition, disposal, and renovations with PCS teams in New York and Paris. It also handles non-IT procurement activities and administers the Corporate Secretariat functions (delegations of authority).

The Manager is responsible for the overall functioning and supervision of PCS, including Facilities Management, Office Services, Non-IT Procurement, Mail and Messenger Services, Security, Renovation projects (coordinating external consultants), and Insurance Program Management.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Organize, define priorities, and ensure quality in all PCS tasks.
  • Define PCS planning, assign tasks, collaborate with various departments, and contribute to committees (health and safety, Crisis Management Team, etc.).
  • Ensure quality across all tasks under PCS, monitored through KPIs, and record controls monthly in COSMOS; report incidents promptly to Management and Risk & Permanent Control.
  • Supervise one internal junior staff member and external providers delivering construction, cleaning, maintenance, food services, furnishings, safety, and security.

  • Supervise PCS team, set objectives, contribute to evaluations, and oversee activities of reporting units.
  • Manage budgets related to office premises and services.
  • Oversee office facilities in Montreal and Toronto, including subleased spaces, insurance, lease obligations, rent billing, construction, relocations, and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure.
  • Coordinate reconfigurations, moves, and new installations within schedules and budgets.
  • Lead sourcing initiatives with Global Sourcing & Procurement, collaborate with Legal on RFP processes, and manage vendor contracts and milestones.
