What you’ll need

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (Chemical, Process, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field), with strong affinity for business management.
• Project Experience: Proven track record in delivering large renewable infrastructure projects end-to-end, with high levels of responsibility.
• Capital Project Management: Experience managing multimillion-dollar projects, including contract negotiation and execution.

HOW WE WORK AT PHLAIR

• Onsite & Collaborative: Our offices in Ismaning, Germany, house our pilot plant, where we work physically on our product every day. The team collaborates closely in the office, five days a week.
• Main Hub & Expansion: Our primary location is in Munich (Ismaning), Germany, and we’re launching our Edmonton, Canadateam in late 2025/2026.

Your mission at Phlair

• Lead Project Dawn: As Head of Projects, you’ll oversee the execution of our flagship initiative to build large-scale Direct Air Capture (DAC) facilities.
• Ensure On-Time Delivery: Deliver the project within scope, time, and budget, maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Contract & Team Management: Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage contracts, and drive the successful realization of our ambitious commercial DAC project.
• Navigate Regulations: Manage regulatory bodies and handle the permitting processes.
• Optimize with Metrics: Analyze project KPIs and optimize processes to improve efficiency.
