Job summary

Aimhire is seeking a Head of Product in Toronto, Ontario, to own product strategy and execution across consumer platforms and client-facing services. You will collaborate with the CEO to drive AI-powered innovation and scale the business.

You will lead a high-performing product team, guide product analytics and experimentation, and partner with engineering to automate workflows while expanding partnership revenue. Hybrid work is available with in-office days.

Qualifications

• 3–9 years of product management experience, including product leadership.
• Experience in consumer technology or B2B SaaS products.
• Strong product thinking and proven track record of shipping products.
• Experience with AI/LLMs, product analytics and A/B testing.
• Strong execution, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Banking/financial product backgrounds are not the right fit.
