As Head of Private Wealth Distribution you will play a critical leadership role in broadening Fengates investor base and enhancing their distribution of private market products to high-net-worth individuals family offices and wealth platforms across North America.

What Youll Do :

  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Fengates private market offerings within the financial intermediary channel (including bank and independent dealers family offices and UHNW investors).
  • Develop and deepen relationships with senior executives investment advisors consultants and product gatekeepers.
  • Drive brand awareness and market presence across North America.
  • Deliver compelling product knowledge presentations and training sessions to allocators and advisors.
  • Stay ahead of market trends competitor movements and client needs to inform product strategy and positioning.

What You Bring :

  • 10 years of experience in capital raising or distribution within financial services ideally with alternative investments.
  • Proven success building distribution networks and achieving sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of private markets and experience with broker-dealer agreements.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; able to influence at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-performance low-ego and collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to travel across North America as needed.
