Head of Operations (BBBH11278) Toronto, Canada

Our client is searching for a permanent Head of Operations, hybrid in the office 2 days per week, in downtown Toronto. This role requires someone who can land running, be able to get up to speed quickly, and has the following background:

Role:

• Lead the market operations team supporting various subscriber needs to ensure timeliness and accuracy in running the marketplace.
• Manage all reference data, configurations, and setup for all market operations.
• Handle incidents and market events by coordinating with internal resources and vendors.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks by improving processes and creating efficiencies.
• Collaborate with other team leads on special projects and strategic initiatives.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for regulatory bodies and external market initiatives.

Team Responsibilities:

• Support the growth of the core trading platform through client outreach, support, and operational excellence.
• Assist clients with daily trading operations and testing on their marketplace.
• Work with team members to streamline and modernize internal processes.
• Identify and communicate operational challenges and risks promptly.
