We are looking for a Head of Networks Operations Canada to lead the geographically distributed workforce in Canada. You will enable a growing & profitable business for Ericsson through strategic thinking, leading, coaching, and developing delivery and operations management. This role depends on a deep understanding of extreme-scale delivery and operations.

This position will report to the Head of Networks Domain and be located in Toronto, Canada.

You Will :

  • Be a single point of contact for the Networks Domain for CU Canada, including Product deployment / NPI, network roll out, network performance and any future services.
  • Be responsible for fulfilling all customer contracts and financial performance.
  • Establish a valued "consultative challenger" relationship with decision-makers both with Heads of Customer Units, Heads of Operations, Domains, Supply and Sourcing functions, etc.
  • Effectively lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing delivery and operations professionals
  • Collaborate with delivery lines to drive short to long-term profitable business for Ericsson through superior effectiveness in delivery and operations
  • Stand up a new NRO capability in Canada, balancing customer experience and financial performance
  • Effectively drive a continuous improvement culture to enhance customer network performance and Ericsson efficiency
  • Support and enable New Product Introduction into customer networks
  • Drive best-in-class results on customer scorecards measuring Ericsson's performance
  • Collaborate with the customer unit to drive profitable growth
  • Promote and defend equal opportunities, and build exceptional, cross-functional teams.

You have :

  • The vision to evangelize our Ericsson on the Move culture through behavior, actions, and leading by example.
  • The commitment to support others who act with integrity, even when "no one else is looking."
  • A proven track record leading director-level or higher teams and building highly productive relationships with key stakeholders across Ericsson and customer executives.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, consultative, and conflict management skills.
  • The ability to lead and develop competence across a matrixed organization, maximizing skills, abilities, and expertise. Proactively attract top talent and builds retention through a purpose-driven culture.
  • The ability to tell a story through data. Strong capability to synthesize complex messages.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
