The Role

We’re hiring our first marketing leader — a hands-on, ambitious professional who can translate strategic vision into high-impact execution. This is a rare opportunity to shape the voice, brand, and growth engine of a fast-scaling B2B subscription company.

You’ll own Rendify’s marketing end-to-end: from producing premium content and campaigns to assembling your own creative team as we scale. If you’re looking for a role where you can make a direct impact and grow into VP/CMO, this is it.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead all marketing initiatives to strengthen Rendify’s brand identity.
  • Own, develop, and publish The Rendify Journal (weekly newsletter).
  • Produce case studies, blog posts, thought leadership, and multimedia content.
  • Drive creative campaigns like Render Diaries and client success stories.
  • Spearhead content creation efforts, including video production, casting actors, and managing external vendors/freelancers.
  • Build and manage your own marketing team as we grow (video editors, designers, animators, content creators).
  • Grow Rendify’s presence across LinkedIn, social media, and industry forums.
  • Oversee creative assets and brand visuals, ensuring everything is on-brand and high-quality.
  • Develop and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google).
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and sales team to align marketing with growth.
  • Experiment with prestige partnerships, cultural events, and new formats.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, from concept through production to launch.

Who You Are

  • 4–7 years in B2B marketing (design, architecture, SaaS, or creative industries preferred).
  • Strategic thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves execution style.
  • Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills, especially video and multimedia.
  • Experience managing external vendors, freelancers, or creative teams.
  • Strong visual eye and taste for brand excellence.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish with accountability.
  • Ambitious, independent, and comfortable as the first marketing hire.
  • Bonus: experience in architectural visualization, SaaS subscriptions, or creative services.
