Responsibilities :

Market & Competitive Intelligence : Lead market research, identifying customer needs and tracking competitive offerings to optimize strategic positioning.

Sales Enablement : Equip sales teams with the tools, training, and materials necessary to effectively communicate product value to key accounts.

Go-to-Market Strategy : Develop and oversee product launch plans, defining target segments, pricing, success metrics, and cross-functional coordination.

Product Optimization : Utilize data and customer feedback to refine product features, drive enhancements, and manage the full product lifecycle.

Campaign Management : Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging digital platforms, events, and ABM strategies to drive engagement.

Brand & Content Management : Ensure consistent product positioning, develop sales and marketing collateral, and manage content creation to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications :

Advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

7+ years of experience in product management and marketing with a proven track record of success

Strong leadership and project management expertise with a hands-on approach

Exceptional analytical and presentation skills, turning data into actionable strategies

Proficiency in performance reporting, analytics, and digital marketing initiatives

Experience working with major retailers and industrial B2B players is an asset

Knowledge of SAP material master data, pricing structures, and GS1 compliance preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and intercultural skills

Frequent travel required across North America with occasional international travel
