Our client is a B2B SaaS company operating across North America and APAC, with a strong presence in both markets and a proven product used by leading organizations in the construction industry. As they continue to expand globally, they’re hiring a Head of Marketing to lead strategy, execution, and team development across all regions.
This is a senior, high-impact role for a marketing leader who brings both strategic perspective and operational depth, and who is ready to build a globally aligned function that drives measurable business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Build and lead the global marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, and customer programs
- Develop the annual marketing plan, including budgets, campaign priorities, and performance goals
- Define key metrics and lead reporting and attribution in close alignment with Sales, Product, and Customer Success
Campaigns & Execution
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, email, and PR
- Ensure global consistency while tailoring messaging for local markets
- Manage the marketing tech stack (CRM, automation, AI tools) to support scale and efficiency
Team & Partner Leadership
- Lead and develop a small global team with a strong focus on performance, growth, and collaboration
- Manage agency relationships and align external partners with internal goals
Cross-Functional & Executive Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales and Product to align messaging, priorities, and pipeline strategy
- Partner with the executive team to ensure marketing is integrated with business goals
- Represent marketing performance in leadership and board-level conversations
Brand & Thought Leadership
- Evolve the brand and voice across channels and regions
- Lead thought leadership and content programs to build market presence and credibility
- Strengthen relationships with media, partners, and industry influencers
What You Bring
- Senior-level experience leading B2B SaaS marketing functions across brand, demand gen, and customer programs, ideally in global markets
- A track record of delivering measurable results, supported by strong analytical skills and fluency in attribution, reporting, and data-led decision making
- Proven ability to build and execute marketing plans from the ground up - strategic in thinking and hands-on in execution
- Confident communicator with executive presence and experience engaging with senior leadership, Boards, and cross-functional partners across Sales, Product, and Customer Success
- Experience managing global or distributed teams, agency partners, and high-impact marketing programs at scale
- Deep familiarity with modern marketing tools, including CRM, automation, analytics, and AI platforms - with a clear understanding of how to leverage AI across content, workflows, and performance
Nice to Have
- Experience in construction tech or marketing to technical buyer personas
- Familiarity with both North American and APAC markets
