They are looking for a proactive, communicative, and globally-minded Head of IT / Digital Transformation to lead the planning, implementation, and scaling of digital initiatives across their construction and manufacturing operations.

You will join a dedicated task force working directly under the chairman's leadership. Success in this role will trigger a wave of transformation across the group's companies and open further advancement opportunities at the group or C-suite level.

A strong motivation to contribute to Vietnam's growth is essential.

Fluency or near-fluency in Vietnamese is required without exception.

This role offers an expatriate package for suitable candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with business and operational goals.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of new software platforms (e.g., ERP, project management tools, productivity apps, procurement systems).
  • Act as the liaison between business users and IT vendors to ensure practical, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of digital projects from requirements gathering to implementation and staff training.
  • Promote change management initiatives to enhance digital adoption and literacy across teams and units.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend technological solutions to optimize operations.
  • Monitor KPIs and ROI of digital investments; report progress to executive leadership regularly.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in digital practices.
  • Stay informed on construction technology trends (e.g., BIM, drones, AI scheduling, IoT) and evaluate their relevance for the company.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • 8 to 15 years of experience in digital transformation, IT program management, or business process improvement.
  • Fluency or near-fluency in Vietnamese.
  • Willingness to relocate to Vietnam, preferably before the end of 2025.
  • Proven success in leading software implementation projects (e.g., ERP, document management, field operations platforms).
  • Experience in construction, engineering, real estate, or infrastructure industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of organizational change management, including communication and training strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and vendor relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort in data dashboards and KPIs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, or related fields.
