- Proven HR partnership experience with demonstrable business acumen.
- Expertise in guiding leadership teams and influencing at a senior level.
- A strategic thinker with a track record of solving complex organizational issues.
- Skilled in change leadership, HR project management, and developing talent.
- Adept at using data to weave compelling narratives that drive HR interventions.
- Strong agility to work independently in a faced-pace organization

The experience we're looking for

-Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field/experience)

-Progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.

- -Proven track record in strategic HR leadership, change management, and organizational development.

-Strong knowledge of Canadian labor laws and HR best practices.

-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
