Base pay range

$160,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Be the first HR person at the company handling recruiting and HR topics hands-on.
• Own and manage the full-cycle recruiting process across roles and departments.
• Source candidates actively through LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
• Review applications and manage the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Conduct initial screening interviews with applicants.
• Manage and continuously improve the onboarding process for new hires.
• Oversee and structure internal people management processes.
• Act as a key point of contact for all HR inquiries.
• Define and standardize HR policies, internal documentation, and workflows.
• Build out the HR department and define the HR strategy.

Requirements

• Experience being the first/early HR hire in a fast-growing B2B software startup.
• Demonstrated success scaling the HR department in an international, B2B software startup.
• Willingness to work hands-on on recruiting and people ops topics.
• Extensive experience in both recruiting and HR/People Operations.
• Proven track record of managing the full-cycle recruiting process for various roles.
• Familiarity with international and US employment practices.
• Experience working with ATS and HRIS.
• Flexibility to conduct interviews with candidates in different time zones.
• Good understanding of market-standard compensation, equity, and benefits.
• Talent to organize and set up processes with a strong attention to detail.
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and trustworthiness.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for creating a positive experience for applicants and employees.
