BIMM is seeking a Head of Global Growth to join our team!

This role operates under a hybrid model, requiring presence at BIMM HQ (Distillery District) up to 2 days per week.

Role Overview
As the Head of Global Growth, you will drive BIMM's expansion by attracting new clients, focusing on CRM and working with our existing client base in technology and creative industries. You will collaborate with account leadership to develop strategies for organic growth, report to the President & CEO, and utilize tracking tools to measure success.

Responsibilities
Growth Strategy

  • Define and execute a business strategy targeting CRM clients.
  • Identify high-potential opportunities.
  • Develop processes to meet business targets.
  • Create annual business plans for tech and creative sectors.
  • Articulate BIMM’s offerings, including digital solutions and market expansion.

New Business Development
  • Lead digital and tech-driven pitches with support from BIMM teams.
  • Leverage industry connections to generate opportunities.
  • Build relationships with clients, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Implement structured plans to attract new clients, especially in tech.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives for prospects.
  • Monitor pitch opportunities in Canadian tech and creative markets.
  • Report regularly on growth progress and opportunities.

Minimum Requirements
  • 10+ years in business development or growth, preferably in an advertising agency.
  • Proven success in driving growth and acquiring clients, especially in CRM.
  • Experience with senior leadership in planning and strategy.
  • Background in Account Management, Strategic Development, or Tech Partnerships.
  • Strong networking skills in tech and creative markets.
  • Proficiency with sales tracking tools and CRM platforms.
  • Skilled in sales presentations and pitches.
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
