Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and Capital Management

Responsibilities include performance reporting, KPI development, capital management, financial modeling, budget oversight, and regulatory compliance, among others.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, CFA or CPA certification, over 10 years of experience in regulated financial services, and proven leadership skills in FP&A within a Deposit-Taking Institution environment. Deep understanding of ICAAP, capital requirements, and regulatory frameworks is essential.
