Overview

Our client is a large manufacturing company with revenues > $250 Million located in Hamilton and they are looking to add a Head of Finance to their team on a full time basis. The Head of Finance is equivalent to VP/CFO and is the top person in Finance for the organization.

Responsibilities

As the Head of Finance, you are responsible for all Finance and Accounting related functions. Depending upon your experience, additional duties/functions may come under your span of control including IT, HR, Insurance, Customs, etc. You will supervise day to day finance and accounting staff and be responsible for overall management of the Company.

Qualifications

• CPA [with 10+ years relevant experience] in manufacturing, etc.
• Desire to lead a team in a fast paced environment where staff are in office 5 days per week
• Ability to manage and mentor people.
