About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive Head of Finance to lead all financial operations and strategy in a fast-moving deep-tech environment. Reporting to the CEO, this role offers ownership over budgeting, compliance, capital strategy, and financial planning—supporting the company's growth and investor relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance, accounting, tax, and audit functions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Support fundraising, investor updates, and due diligence
• Implement financial systems, controls, and risk policies
• Manage cash flow, expenses, and vendor relationships
• Collaborate on HR, benefits, insurance, and compliance
• Advise on business decisions and strategic planning

Requirements

• ~10 years in finance, accounting, or strategy roles
• Experience in venture-backed or high-growth startups
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
• Familiarity with audits, compliance, and controls
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Background in hardware, semiconductors, or deep-tech preferred
