Head of Finance

On-site | Full time | Senior (5+ years)

Snapshot of Your Day

As a key member of the leadership team, your focus will be on providing strategic financial guidance and ensuring compliance with financial regulations to hit our targets, drive sales growth, and increase profitability. Reporting to the legal entity CFO and partnering with the Instrument Transformer Division General Manager, you will be accountable for executing financial activities including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, controlling, and analysis.

Your Tasks :

1. Support the leadership team in making critical business decisions with accurate and timely data-driven insights and reports.
2. Plan, implement, and oversee the overall finance strategy that supports short- and long-term goals, including revenue growth, profitability, and cash management.
3. Assist in the continuous improvement of financial policies, practices, reporting, and planning processes.
4. Lead the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accurate financial projections and achievement of targets with department managers.
5. Oversee the monthly financial statement close process and coordinate the timely and accurate preparation/review of financial reports for management and stakeholders.
6. With the General Manager, approve sales prices, CapEx, OpEx, and financial T/Cs, considering financial targets.
7. Monitor manufacturing costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
8. Partner with other finance teams and internal departments to gather and share information supporting financial results.
9. Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and professional growth.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; engineering degree preferred.
2. CPA or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
3. 5+ years of experience leading finance teams in a make-to-order manufacturing environment.
4. Proficient with SAP.
5. Proven track record in improving financial processes.
