About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic, future-focused finance leader to join TRY Recycling at a pivotal time of growth. You’re someone who thrives on building smart systems, loves translating complexity into clarity, and wants your work to contribute to a greener, more sustainable future.

Responsibilities

• Shape the financial strategy and infrastructure for long-term growth
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis
• Oversee ERP implementation and integrate systems across departments
• Guide contract negotiations, cost modeling, and risk management
• Work closely with the President, senior leadership, and external partners

Qualifications

• CPA designation (or equivalent) with at least 10 years in progressively senior financial roles.
• Demonstrated leadership in a growing, for-profit environment—ideally in logistics, manufacturing, or environmental services.
• Proven track record in ERP implementation and systems integration.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience negotiating high-stakes contracts and overseeing risk management.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, Microsoft Office Suite, and business intelligence tools.
• Exposure to operational functions such as HR and IT would be an asset.

Pay range and compensation package
