Job summary

Klick is seeking a Senior Director of Digital Experience Platforms to lead architecture, delivery, and client outcomes across CMS, analytics, DAM, personalization, and AI-enabled capabilities.

You will guide onshore and offshore teams, shape platform strategy, and collaborate with executives to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions within a life sciences client context.

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressively responsible experience in marketing technology, software delivery, or digital platforms.
• 3+ years leading technical teams with delivery, architecture, or people management.
• Hands-on experience with Contentful and AEM and related CMS platforms.
• Experience leading onshore/offshore delivery with capacity planning and performance management.
• Experience designing enterprise digital measurement using tag management and analytics platforms.
• Experience with DAM, personalization, experimentation, and CMS integrations.
• Experience delivering client-facing technology programs in an agency/consulting setting using Agile/Scrum.
• Comfort using AI regularly to improve delivery and outcomes.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/life sciences agency environments.
• Experience integrating AI-powered features into production digital platforms.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code.
• Experience advising clients on platform-native AI capabilities across Contentful, AEM, Optimizely.
• Experience contributing to business development through SOW reviews and client growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction and delivery across client engagements, overseeing architecture, scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Design and review architectures across Contentful, AEM, WordPress, Drupal and related tools.
• Define and implement digital measurement and personalization frameworks using GA4, Adobe Analytics, and related tools.
• Drive adoption of AI tooling and automation to improve delivery efficiency and platform functionality.
• Lead discovery, requirements, scoping, and executive presentations with client stakeholders.
