Our School :
We are working with an "Outstanding" 11-18 co-educational academy who are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Head of Music to lead a vibrant and ambitious department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and skilled educator to shape and develop the delivery of Music across all key stages, while playing a strategic role within the school community. The music department is highly regarded in the school. With a set of rooms dedicated to music teaching, extra-curricular activities, and student practice, plus a specialist film studies suite (including a cinema) and a specialist theatre/drama studio with excellent resources. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to students' creative development and to inspire their passion for the performing arts.

Qualities Required:
• Our client is looking for a passionate Teacher with solid subject expertise to join them on a permanent basis
• The successful applicant will be able to teach Music up to KS5
• You will design and deliver captivating lessons for KS3, KS4, and KS5 students
• Ideal candidate will have excellent subject knowledge
• Manage colleagues to enhance the curriculum and teaching methods
• Participate in extracurricular activities to support student development
