Description
The Head of Courier Resourcing will play a critical role in ensuring the right number of couriers are consistently available on the network, owning the courier supply availability from onboarding through to day-to-day scheduling, through to re-engaging lapsed or dormant couriers.
This role will work closely with the Strategy and Development team to craft the future state network that balances different signals and levers to bring couriers onto the network to satisfy customer demand.
This will oversee the sub-teams - Courier Supply, Courier Onboarding, and Courier Planning / Scheduling - to help achieve courier CPO targets by balancing both short- and long-term priorities to consistently have courier availability balanced towards demand.
