Job description
Role Overview

As Head of Communications, your work will directly support development, commercialisation and growth of advanced technologies redefining the next century of flight and save lives. You’ll own marketing, branding and communications, merging strategy with creativity to scale Pegasus’s story across defense, business and general aviation.

This is a hands-on role focused on execution, accountability, and clarity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Ownership: Develop and execute a company-wide communications strategy aligned with Pegasus’s vision, goals and market objectives.
  • Brand & Messaging: Define our voice and visual identity across all channels — from media and investors to pilots and operators.
  • Content & Campaigns: Plan and manage content pipelines (press releases, web, social, whitepapers, videos, event marketing). Build demand and awareness with data-driven campaigns.
  • Media & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the company’s communications lead for media, partners, and government stakeholders. Coordinate press outreach and public appearances.
  • Event & Launch Management: Lead communications for trade shows, demos, and launches. Ensure pre- and post-event visibility through coordinated storytelling.
  • Team & Tools: Manage external marketing resources and leverage modern tools — including HubSpot, Canva, and AI platforms — to multiply output without multiplying headcount.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track marketing KPIs (reach, engagement, lead generation) and present results weekly to leadership.
You’ll Excel Here if You
  • Are a storyteller who can translate deep tech into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
  • Can shift easily between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Are fluent in modern marketing and communication tools (HubSpot, AI content generation, analytics).
  • Have demonstrable experience in communications, marketing, or public affairs — ideally in aerospace, defense, or tech.
