Job description

As our Business Development and Sales Manager (also known as Community Engagement & Strategic Partnerships Manager), you’ll be the driving force behind community-driven lead generation , strategic referral development , and revenue-focused client acquisition . You will own the full lifecycle of relationship development, from identifying high-potential buildings and partners to converting those relationships into clients. This position will report to the Managing Director of Operations. Community Engagement Represent the organization at public events, seminars, and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness. Establish and nurture relationships with local organizations, professionals, and groups aligned with our mission. Act as a local ambassador, promoting trust and visibility within the service area. Business Development Identify and develop new growth opportunities through relationship-building and outreach. Support the marketing and care coordination teams in converting interest into service engagements. Maintain and grow a portfolio of local connections and referral sources. Work with marketing team to amplify campaigns and align on community messaging. Client Relationship Support Guide prospective clients or their families through the service inquiry process. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high-quality service experiences. Track performance indicators and ensure consistent follow-up and engagement. Data & Reporting Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activities, relationship status, and follow-up actions. Provide regular insights and progress reports to leadership to support strategic planning. Use CRM tools to organize contacts and monitor development pipeline. 3+ years in healthcare outreach, business development, sales, or community relations. ~ Comfortable working with sales metrics and tracking performance Full-time, Onsite
