Job summary

EnStream LP is seeking an experienced AI/ML product leader to own the Trust Platform's product line. You will translate signals from mobile network and identity data into trust scores and decisioning, guiding discovery, strategy, and delivery in collaboration with data science and engineering teams.

In the initial phase you’ll drive product discovery and roadmaps, then build and lead a team of product managers as the portfolio scales.

About the Role

Reporting to our Chief Product & Technology Officer, you’ll own the AI/ML product line within the EnStream Trust Platform. You’ll turn mobile network, device, SIM, account and identity signals into intelligent products such as trust scores, fraud risk signals and real‑time decisioning. Enterprises use these across onboarding, authentication, account protection and transaction monitoring.

This is a hands-on, player‑coach role. In the first phase, you’ll personally drive discovery, strategy, roadmap and delivery, working side by side with our data science and engineering teams. As the product line grows, you’ll build and lead a team of product managers.

Our data science team builds the models. You own what gets built, why, and how it creates value for customers.

What You’ll Do

Set the strategy

• Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for AI and trust intelligence: trust scores, risk signals, decisioning, reason codes and customer‑facing insights.
• Shape the roadmap around customer needs, carrier data capabilities, fraud trends and evolving regulation.

Turn models into products

• Productize models into enterprise offerings: real‑time APIs, batch outputs, decision engines, dashboards and workflow integrations.
• Define how customers interpret our outputs, including score meaning, reason codes, confidence indicators and explainability.
• Set product success metrics with Data Science, covering both model performance (precision, recall, false positives, drift, coverage) and customer value (fraud reduction, conversion impact, operational efficiency).
• Build the feedback loop that improves models using customer outcomes, fraud labels and partner insights.

Win with customers and partners

• Lead customer discovery and turn fraud and identity problems into product opportunities with measurable success criteria.
• Design proof‑of‑value pilots and support Sales and Solutions Engineering through to production adoption.
• Explain AI outputs clearly to fraud, risk, technology and executive audiences through narratives, demos and use‑case playbooks.
• Work with carrier and data partners to deepen signal coverage, data quality and differentiation.

Build responsibly

• Make sure our AI products are explainable, auditable and fit for high‑trust, regulated environments.
• Partner with privacy, legal, security and governance teams to apply privacy‑by‑design and secure‑by‑design, in line with PIPEDA, customer contracts and emerging responsible AI standards.

Lead and grow

• Act as the accountable owner for AI products, leading cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
• Establish how EnStream builds AI products: how we define model requirements, measure customer value and run pilots.
• As the portfolio scales, hire, develop and lead a team of product managers.

What You Bring

Must‑have Experience

• 6+ years in product management, including taking ML, scoring or decisioning products from discovery to production and ongoing optimization.
• Hands‑on experience partnering with data scientists across the model lifecycle: labels and training data, evaluation metrics, monitoring, drift and feedback loops.
• A strong grasp of the trade‑offs in risk products: precision vs. recall, false positives vs. customer friction, explainability and human‑in‑the‑loop review.
• Experience building and launching data and AI products and articulating the business value they’ve created.
• Confidence in front of customers, from technical discovery to executive briefings, pilots and demos.
• The ability to make complex AI concepts clear and actionable for business, risk and technical audiences.
• Experience mentoring product managers or leading a product team.

Nice to Have

• Domain experience in fraud, identity verification, authentication, account takeover, scams, KYC/AML or transaction monitoring.
• Experience with telecom or mobile network data.
