We are Hiring: Head Concierge at The Merrion Hotel

The Merrion, one of Dublin’s finest luxury hotels and a proud member of The Leading Hotels of the World, is currently recruiting for an experienced Head Concierge to join our award-winning team.

Location: Dublin City Centre

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 39 per week, on-site

Reporting to the Director of Guest Relations, the Head Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay. You will lead a talented team of Concierge Supervisors, Doormen, and Valet Parkers—bringing leadership, local expertise, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a 5-star Concierge role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Proficiency with the Opera Cloud

Excellent spoken and written English

In-depth knowledge of Dublin’s events, attractions, and culture
