An established industry player is seeking a Head Coach for its swimming program. Position description
In conjunction with the Director of Athletics and Recreation, the Head Coach sets the overall vision of the swimming program, including setting program goals and objectives, and is responsible for the overall management of the program, which includes recruiting, developing and guiding student-athletes in accordance with MtA values.
